WHAT DO YOU DO?
With a Ph.D. in Statistics & Data Science from Yale University I have had many opportunities to utilize AI. As part of my graduate research I used a combination of Bayesian inference, linear models, and dimensional reduction to improve the process of discovering exoplanets. Afterwards, in the process of moving back home to Utah, I used topic modeling and random forest regression to optimize the process of finding a house to buy. And now, as a data scientist, I utilize large language models (LLMs) to improve the user experience of Spiff’s commission-calculating software.
WHAT DOES YOUR COMPANY DO?
Spiff focuses on automating the process of calculating how much sales reps should be commissioned, resulting in greater trust between administrators, sales reps, and their data.
