I am Dr. Lindsey Zuloaga, a frequent contributor to media outlets like the Wall Street Journal, the BBC, and Forbes. As a researcher, I present my work at conferences such as the Society for Industrial Organizational Psychology and O’Reilly AI. In 2018, I received the Women Tech Council’s Technology Innovator Award. Leading a team, we build and validate machine learning algorithms for predicting job-related outcomes and intelligently matching people with jobs. Our collaboration with industrialorganizational psychologists and product/engineering leaders focuses on producing cutting-edge research and ethical hiring products.
