I’m Bassam, a Computer Science researcher with a focus on AI and natural language processing since the ‘90s. I led product and services at Attensity, securing a patent for Fact Relationship Networks. A decade ago, I founded AtlasRTX, delivering enterprise-grade conversational AI. In 2022, NICE Systems acquired AtlasRTX. I hold BS, MS, and MPhil (PhD ABD) degrees in Computer Science, an MBA from the University of Utah, and I’m currently pursuing another MS in Artificial Intelligence to refresh my expertise.
